any free e-mail service like yahoo or gmail or hotmail give you the right to send approximately less than 50 mails a-day .. and some mails may reach to spam or junk folder of the recipient
so I need a service provider who can give me a paid E-mail address which give me the right to send mails as more as possible ( 400 or more a-day ) and the mails must reach to the recipient’s inbox folder

I would really just try researching aweber or getresponse, as these two are the more reliable email service providers specifically and especially for internet marketing.
If those services are quite expensive, you can try mailchimp.com which has a free services that lets you send 3000mails per month with 500 subscribers…only downside is the email accounts are not transferrable.
You can also look into Trafficwave.net as there are greats reviews from it.
All in all, I would really just go with a more reputable company to start, and you can always move your mailing lists to different providers later on.
